Dr. Gopalrao Vithalrao Patil a man of high stature is a visionary person. He is known for his devotion and dedication in his social and professional life. His actions inspire to dream more, to learn more, do more and become more. When we retrospect, we find him an out standing person. Though from the rural background, he always stood first in his class during schooling. He completed higher studies in medicine from Osmania Medical College,Hyderabad.

National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC) is the only agency in India which does the work of assessment for Higher Educational Institutions and assigns Grades as per the Institution standard and after Reaccredation of Rajarshi Shahu College, NAAC has assigned "A" Grade with 3.38 CGPA Score to this Institution.
